Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling policy

Bookings

Services must be booked at least Four (4) days ahead of your Celebration to allow us adequate time to gather materials and availability. Short notice bookings may be made no later than 48 hours before your event but will be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You must give no less than 48hrs notice ahead of the event in case of cancellation to receive a full refund.

Bookings may be rescheduled with no penalty up to 24 hours ahead of event.

If the 24hr window cannot be met for any reason and a Cancellation or Change is needed all funds related with the booking are forfeited and we the reserve the right to deny rescheduling the service.
